These Terms of Service govern the use of TheLabForge (the "Service") provided by TheLabForge ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• "Service" refers to TheLabForge, an AI-powered statistical analysis platform accessible via web browser.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the unique account created by a User to access the Service.
• "Content" refers to data, text, files, and other materials uploaded or created using the Service.

Article 3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Article 4. Service Usage

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analysis results.
• Users are responsible for verifying results before making decisions based on them.

Article 9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
